With its origins in financial services, EIS has evolved to provide a broad range of specialist CSD services to clients throughout Europe and Asia.CSD, also called corporate social responsibility (CSR), is a concept whereby organisations take responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment. This policy extends beyond the statutory obligation to comply with legislation and sees organisations voluntarily taking further steps to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large.
A 1 day team building event that challenges a team of executives to work together to achieve a redevelopment project that will make a significant difference to a chosen charity / community organisation.
Focusing on developing your corporate CSR vision, the program is mostly delivered through four learning events each 3 days in duration over a 12 month period. At these events the participants experientially learn subject matter, then practice the learning in the workplace between events and report on their learning to share the knowledge gained with the whole group at subsequent events.
